By browsing or purchasing from MightyDex you agree to the following terms.

Marketplace purchases

All sales are final once the digital deliverable is released. If a piece does not arrive as described contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.

Commissions

Submitting a commission request does not create a binding agreement. An accepted request is presented as a Stripe payment link; only once payment is received does work begin. Refunds on commissions are processed at the artist's discretion; please raise any concerns before approving a quote.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the site.

Membership

Membership is a monthly subscription billed in USD by Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account: your perks continue to the end of the period you've paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Moving to a higher tier takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the difference; moving to a lower tier takes effect at your next renewal. If a payment fails, member perks pause while Stripe retries; if it can't be resolved, the membership ends — your account and page are unaffected either way. Age verification

Membership requires a one-time 18+ verification performed by Stripe. Misrepresenting your age or working around the check is grounds for closing your membership features.

Member pages

What you put on your page stays yours; by publishing it you give MightyDex permission to host and display it. Don't use your page for anything unlawful, for impersonation, or to spread spam or malware. We can hide pages that break these rules — if yours is hidden and you think that's wrong, email us and we'll look again. Handles are permanent and non-transferable; when an account is deleted its handle is retired, not released.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from your settings once any membership billing is fully settled. Deletion is permanent; some billing and business records are kept, detached from any sign-in, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Copyright

All artwork on this site, including images of commissioned pieces, remains the copyright of the artist. Delivery of a digital deliverable conveys personal use rights only; resale or commercial reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
